Basic Package: (By default, It Includes with your AMC)

  • Email, Tickets, WhatsApp & Telegram Support (Average Response Time 2 Working Days)
  • Resolution times depending on the complexity of the issue
  • Routine website technical updates and maintenance.
  • Average response time of 2 business days.

Standard Package: (Extra Rs. 1000/Year)

  • All services in the Basic Package.
  • Security monitoring and applying necessary patches.
  • Phone Support (Monday to Friday 2pm to 6pm)
  • Faster average response time compared to the Basic Package.
  • Resolution Times Depending on the Complexity of the issue, generally Faster than the Basic Package

Premium Package: (Extra Rs. 500/Month or Rs.5000/Year)

  • All services in the Standard Package.
  • Priority support with the goal of addressing issues as soon as possible.
  • Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm (in-case of emergency you can call on Sunday)
  • with Priority Resolution as soon as possible, subject to the complexity of the issue.
  • Personalized consultation and advice on website enhancements.
  • Separate Client Portal for monitor all tasks, Ticket, and updates.
